I have lost about 41 pounds since starting, which was in the middle of eighth grade. I am now going to be a sophomore in high school. I am a competitive swimmer, swimming 2 hours a day 5-6 days a week. I also run to help my swimming. I run 3-6 miles for 3-4 days a week.
